Strawberry Bread
3 cups flour 2 cups sugar 1 teaspoon baking soda 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon 4 eggs, beaten 1 1/4 cups vegetable oil 20 ounces strawberries
Tip: Best when made the night before you are going to use it. It also freezes very well.

Combine first 5 ingredients in large mixing bowl and make a well in center of mixture.
Combine remaining ingredients and add to the dry ingredients. Stir well.
Spoon mixture into 2 greased and floured loaf pans (9x5x3 is best).
Bake at 350 degrees for approx. 1 hour. Test with cake tester.
